Phadke Associates Inc. was founded in 1990 by Dr. Madhav S. Phadke, a worldwide leader in robust software and hardware system development and author of the first English book on Robust Design “Quality Engineering Using Robust Design”. 

Phadke Associates strives to deliver the highest quality services and products to meet our clients’ needs.   To meet the demands of the ever-changing business environment, Phadke Associates is credited with developing new methods which have allowed our clients to produce better and cheaper products in shorter time.  These innovations include the Functional Flow™ method, Robust Systems Engineering, and the groundbreaking Robust Testing™ method.
